Land Use Policies and Sustainable Development in Developing Countries (LUPIS)
LUPIS is an EU funded project run by 16 institutes in 13 countries. The project started on February 1, 2007 and will run for a period of 42 months (July 31, 2010). The project will develop integrated assessment tools for sustainable development for application by scientists in a selected number of developing countries, and the tools developed in the EU 6th framework projects of SENSOR and SEAMLESS will be used both as building blocks in and guidelines for the project.
