Solar Power Bond
EU Solar Power Plan, Bond Investment
A Corporate Debenture Subscription
The world is entering a period of unprecedented demand for clean energy. Governments around the world have set challenging targets to replace significant percentages of their energy with renewable energy sources by 2020. Solar energy is an essential part of this global energy matrix and especially for the EU in achieving renewable energy targets.
Government Backed Fixed Annual Income with Defined Exit Periods
The EU-backed feed in tariffs guarantee a fixed revenue for electricity generated by solar power plants for up to 25 years. Until now, solar power investment has been restricted to large scale investment by ultra-high net worth and institutional investors. Now for the first time via a corporate bond private investors can access the appealing return characteristics of solar power with a minimum outlay:
€25,600 bond - 10% pa fixed interest
€51,200 bond - 11% pa fixed interest
€102,400 bond - 11.5% pa fixed interest
Bonds are available for 5, 10 or 15 years. Bond investors will receive a fixed annual interest return. Bond holders will receive either the principal sum invested or a 5% or 10% uplift above the initial sum invested upon redemption depending on the bond term and type. Combinations of fixed annual interest and final bond redemption values give fixed IRRs up to 12.1%.
Invest €25,600 now; receive €38,400 over 5 years (10% IRR) or €52,480 over 10 years (10.3% IRR)
